Each one-one coaching engagement is customisable to the clients needs and style. Usually a coaching engagement with 8 sessions lasts over 4-6 months.

Coaching Sessions & Implementation

Review & Closure
- Progress Review: Reviewing the client's progress against the set goals and milestones.
- Reflection: Reflecting on the journey and celebrating achievements.
- Final Assessment: Conducting a final assessment to evaluate overall growth and development as per planned goals.
- Future Planning: Discussing plans for future development and ongoing support options.
