2. Coaching Services
Our coaching programs provide professional guidance but do not constitute legal, psychological, or medical advice. The coaching relationship does not create an employer-employee or therapist-client relationship.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Payment: All coaching sessions must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a session has been booked. Rescheduling is available with 48-hour notice.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in full charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Engage actively in the coaching process. Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions. Provide accurate personal details for booking.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including materials provided in coaching, is owned by Rise with Rashmi. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Personal outcomes of coaching sessions. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate, unethical, or harmful behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law and EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the Luxembourg courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
