Unlocking Human Potential: A Journey of Transformation
Hello there! I’m Rashmi Singh, a passionate Leadership and Team Coach, and ICF Mentor Coach based in Luxembourg. My expertise lies in Systemic Coaching & Constellation. This goes beyond traditional coaching by looking at the whole system of relationships and interactions around an individual. Unlike traditional coaching, which mainly focuses on the person, Systemic Coaching addresses the bigger picture. This leads to deeper, more lasting changes, supported by the latest research.
For professional leaders, this approach can be especially helpful. It helps you see how your environment and relationships affect your leadership style, decisions, and team dynamics. By understanding these factors, you can improve collaboration, boost team performance, and drive success in your organization. Plus, it can make you feel more energized and motivated, removing the feeling of being stuck.
After over a decade of experience in Human Resources with renowned organizations like ITC, Bosch, and Alstom (GE), and countless interactions with business leaders, I realized the immense power of unlocking human potential and its profound impact on both individual and organizational growth. This epiphany led me to the field of coaching, which quickly became a love at first sight for me.
At home, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and our lively daughter. The tranquility of nature inspires me deeply, and I bring this sense of peace into my coaching work. Outside of coaching, I love to paint and share my reflections on LinkedIn about motherhood, travel adventures, and my coaching experiences.
If you’re looking to unlock potential, build stronger teams, and drive success, I’d love to connect with you. Let’s embark on this journey of growth and transformation together, making a positive impact for both you and those around you.

Coaching Approach
Looking beyond the world of right and wrong…
The Systemic Leadership and Constellations Approach
Systemic leadership is about understanding and working with the relationships and connections between people in an organization. Here’s a simple way to think about it:
We are all part of different systems, like our family, school, and workplace. These systems shape our beliefs and how we act. Belonging is a basic human need, and we often stay loyal to these systems in unconscious ways.

A system is like a network of people and things that are connected and depend on each other. For example, how a previous leader left their role can affect the next leader who takes that position. Systemic Coaching looks at these connections and how they impact us.
I blend in my coaching a method called ‘Systemic Constellations’. It involves creating a visual map between the coach and the client. This map helps reveal hidden patterns and dynamics in the system. The client physically moves objects to represent different parts of the system, making it easier to understand and work through issues. This process can be done in person or online and can be used for both individual and team coaching. It can also be combined with other methods in organizational workshops.
Systemic Coaching is useful in improving relationships and connections within the system. It can identify the root causes of challenging issues and provide powerful insights for individuals, teams, and whole organizations. When everything in the system is respected and included, the system can function healthily and effectively.
